Job opportunity: Group Communications Manager

 At our head office in Tilburg, we have a new job position for a Group Communications Manager (fluent in English) to be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications and monitoring our corporate identity worldwide.  

Accountability:

Report to the Managing Director

 Tasks and responsibilities:

• Distribute information accurately and consistently across all communication channels
• To develop and review internal and external communications policies in line with business objectives
• To manage, develop and update website content
• To manage and work closely with the communications assistant
• Create engaging content for social media; monitor trends; collect and review insights
• Create content for presentations, marketing materials, press releases
• Provide marketing support for the sales teams
• Proofread and write engaging text in English
• Organise and liaise with production companies for photo/video shoots, printed material, and artwork
• Develop and manage major event partnerships/sponsorship agreements and marketing campaigns
• Develop partnerships in the MTD Ambassador program
• Develop sustainability programs and initiatives
• Develop the marketing strategy for the Flex Water division

 Knowledge and experience:

• Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• 3 year’s proven experience in communications or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint, and WordPress
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube channels
• Fluent in English; a good knowledge of the Dutch language (oral & written) is a plus
• Experience of working in the events industry is a plus
